The set did not look like the picture when it arrived but the main downside to this set is the soap dispenser. The plastic tube does not reach the donor. This causes the dispenser to stop pumping soap when it's more than half full (this is especially frustrating as the design of the bottle means that a lot of soap ends up at the bottom of the bottle where the dispenser tube doesn't reach). We keep this soap dispenser full because the tube is only half full! I've been looking for a soap tube replacement for a long time, but the top may need to be replaced entirely.
