Cheap broken clasp (and chain)
The clasp broke immediately. Bought a replacement for my mom for her birthday. She immediately put it on with another necklace that I owe. She was just sitting there eating her birthday cake when I noticed the pendant and chain were hanging off. Upon closer inspection we found that the clasp was broken! I'll buy her a REAL necklace now. So disappointed. Otherwise, she had a pretty good birthday.
