Suitable for dust but not for moisture.
Dust plugs keep dust out of the fork like it should. However, this does not prevent moisture from entering and soiling the plug more than dust on it. It gets to the point where you have to clean the plugs before it charges. This is a well-intentioned invention with not-so-great 2nd order effects.
