I bought 3 pairs, size XL for my husband, 197lbs, a bit big and long, size L might be perfect for him - M for me, height 5.3 , weight 118 pounds, tall and small long, I tried my son's size S, it fits me perfectly - S for my son, it weighs 110 pounds, too long, but we just fold it inside. They are very comfortable, I like the material, even if they are too big for us, it doesn't bother me at all. They are meant for family photos and would definitely recommend these comfy underwear for sleeping.
