A disappointing recent incident occurred for me while I was purchasing at the KADAMS online store. I was hoping to find a big variety of home and kitchen design products on their website, but I was disappointed to find that the actual selection was pretty limited and boring. In addition, the things I ordered were of a low quality when they were delivered to me. There were a few things that gave the impression of being poorly manufactured and did not hold up well over time. The specialized clock that I bought, which I had high hopes for, started losing time after only a few days, and the wall art that I ordered arrived with scratches and dents in it. I was very disappointed. When I tried to contact KADAMS customer care to address these concerns, I discovered that they were unresponsive and useless when I contacted them. This made the situation even worse. It took a few tries before I was able to obtain a response, and once I did, I was greeted with apathy and a lack of regard for how satisfied I was as a client. Taking everything into consideration, I do not suggest patronizing the KADAMS online store. A terrible shopping experience is the result of the restricted selection, low quality, and poor overall quality of their products, mixed with sluggish and unhelpful customer support.
