My son was delighted with this backpack and loved the design, but unfortunately the main zip broke after only 2 weeks of brief use. It looks poorly made and the material looks cheap. We could ignore these things if they stick together. The zipper is completely separated from the main compartment and I can't fix it. I'm afraid the material is so cheap it would look even worse if I tried to fix it. Unfortunately I missed the return deadline because I am so busy doing small business and taking care of my kids. I only give it two stars because the lunch box holds up well. Next time I will order elsewhere.
