Review on AT TL7810 Dect_6 0 2 Handset Telephone by Mario Collins

This device was a huge disappointment. Pros: It was easy to hook up, but let's face it, it's not rocket science. the ear will hurt after about an hour of use; it is very heavy for a wireless device. Also, and this is the only reason I sent it back, the headset tips are of very poor quality. I started with the ear cup shown in the picture but after a day it broke and didn't last anymore. I contacted AT&T and after two tries they replaced the correct size. It also lasted a day. While waiting for a replacement, I decided I liked one of the hats. It also broke within a day. What can I say? Should we get the best quality for the price?
