Review on 2-inch INFINITIPRO Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron by CONAIR by Elaine Williams

Hi I'm African American and I love this straightener. It worked well on my natural hair. The iron heats up in 10 seconds. The plates were smooth and glided smoothly through my hair. No food. There is a sleeve/stand for an iron. But I was uncomfortable using one hand. So I left it on my stand until I was done using it. I've included photos to show how well this works. I only ran my fingers through my hair once. I didn't get too close to my roots. I was afraid of how hot it was. I'm still getting used to it. I also didn't use the chasing method so I'm sure my hair could have been smoother. There is a display that shows what temperature the iron is heating up to. The tip of the straightener has ribbed edges that can be used to push it into thin strands of hair. The back of the blade gets hot. The iron smokes. The cord comes with a zip to collect excess cord. The iron also comes with a 5-year guarantee.
