Update June 30: After the company saw my negative review, they commented on my review with a standard copy/paste message apologizing for the faulty product and offering to replace it replace when I emailed him. my order number and assure me that the product has a one-year warranty. Well I emailed them the information and still haven't received a reply or a replacement. So now I can rate their customer service and warranty which is rubbish. I would remove this 1 star if I could because the company decided to waste my time with their fake "sorry" cliché. message and fake replacement promise. Don't trust this company, as long as everything works, everything is fine. However, this stopped working 6 weeks after purchase. II now only partially receive sound on both wires connected to the headphones. I have to wiggle the cables to make it work and hold it in place to ensure it continues to work, which is inconvenient. I know it's not expensive but I bought another splitter that lasted two and a half years and then another. that went on for two more years. This splitter was more expensive than the other two I bought and I take good care of my stuff so I'm not happy. I can understand it not working after at least a year of use, but six weeks means very poor quality/durability. I highly recommend buying something else if you want something that you don't need to replace very often.
