Not worth it alone
The basket is made of dense felt material. I tried hanging it with nothing in it but it fell off so I would definitely recommend putting a hook over the door to hang it. It was boxed, folded in a bag, and that's how it came out crumpled and spoiled. I hope that over time all wrinkles will be smoothed out. I was planning to use it as a laundry basket in my daughter's room, but due to the material and the fact that it needs to be hung, I think it would be better for storing stuffed animals.
