The 18 mo size fits my grandaughter very well untill ti comes to the leg holes. They are pretty big. She can still wear them as they fit perfectly everywhere else. She's on the thin side, so I'm sure that's part of it. Otherwise they are awesome. Very soft, and hust the right amount of padding in case we don't quite make it to the potty on time. She's 18 mo old and has been completely potty trained for over a month so accidents are rare. Just wishing I could buy her panties that are small enough that didn't cost so much.
