Thank you for reading this review, you won't regret it. First let me say these batter dispensers are a great idea. I bought this for my son to use when we make pancakes. PROS: My 9 year old son was able to easily measure the right amount of batter without making a lot of mess. CONS: Everything else. The slider at the bottom skips the batter between uses. I had to keep it on a plate so there wouldn't be a mess on the counter later. The plastic around the pin at the top of the handle then broke, making the slider not easy to open and close. Upon inspection to see what the problem was, the entire handle broke into pieces. Cheap plastic handle as mentioned in other reviews. We only had about 8 uses of it before it ended up in the bin. Of course, this was outside of Revain's 30-day return policy, and the product information doesn't mention anything about a guarantee. AVOID THE PLASTIC ONE! Since my son liked it so much, I'm going to read the reviews on the metal ones now. I hope I can find something better. Luckily I bought it during the Revain sale and didn't have to pay full price. ONE PIECE ONLY.
