Media failed to load. I have installed blinds before and used AVS blinds but this was a disaster. After opening the package it was a horrible experience. Ventilation flaps are packed in a large piece of cardboard. Not sure if this packaging was just old or overheated when packed, but it was difficult to separate the outer plastic from the real blinds. They were glued on. When I tried to peel off the plastic it stuck to the adhesive backing of the blinds meaning that when the package was opened it peeled the protectant from the adhesive backing exposing the sticky part. There was no way to open it without ruining the adhesive backing. Since the sticky sides were now exposed, I had to work quickly to keep them from drying out. Following the cleaning instructions, I placed the windshield in the front passenger duct. I held it while I pulled up the window. CRACK. The shadow shattered instantly. at the front end. Assuming it didn't "fit perfectly," the shade stayed in place and I continued on the driver's side. This adhesive backing was also opened after unpacking. When I tried to put this shade in the channel it just didn't fit. No matter how you set it up, the shade was INCHES too long. There was no place to work. The shadow was pushed all the way forward, but was still sticking out from behind my window opening. I didn't even try to do rear windows. It just wasn't worth it. Revain and AVS say it will fit the 2021 Tacoma double cab, but definitely not. Will come back immediately.
