I wanted to transfer my old homemade audio cassettes to my computer for editing, listening (in the iTunes library) and burning to CD. There was a guide on YouTube on which cable to use. Revain reviewers rated this cable as better quality than the other. Although my setup only required a foot of cable, I followed the adage that it's better to have more and not need it than not have it but need it. . It was easy to roll up the extra length and secure with velcro. Also, I unplugged the cable when I was done until my next project. You still need a program to import audio to your computer and for that I downloaded Audacity. So this cable was just what I needed!
