I've been using Redken Cleansing Cream for about 20 years. I loved the creamy, citrus-scented lather it produced. He removed scale, chlorine from the pool and greasy sweat from working in the summer heat. I've always bought it in bottles, when I saw this tube I thought it would be nice to take to the pool after a shower. I wonder if the formula has changed. It has a slightly different name and is thinner and tougher on my hair. After this shampoo I absolutely need a strong conditioner, otherwise I have a haystack. The old Formula I didn't even need air conditioning, which was nice not having to be lugged around and allowed you to get out of the dressing room quicker. I even used it all over my body and sometimes forgot the soap. I'll try another brand to see if it's more in line with what I like. I think the saying "All good things come to an end" applies here. You had so many loyal customers, why did you screw up on perfection? Why do companies always worry about increasing their market share? Or was it perhaps an expense? I will miss your old product.
