This is great! I've noticed wonderful fullness, a slight tingling means it's working but that makes it plump. Wonderful shine, not sticky, lasts longer than the more expensive shine I bought. I recommend cleaning your lips before applying if you are sensitive. The tingling reacts to the ingredients depending on what food/drink you have recently eaten.
