First impression: ⠀ The set has been put together in a package that contains comprehensive information about the brushes themselves, how to use them and how to care for them properly. I thought it was a nice touch as most brushes don't have any information. It also has the added benefit of eliminating those pesky UPC code stickers on the handles. The brushes themselves are aesthetically pleasing to the eye, with well-balanced and beautiful handles that are very comfortable to hold. All brushes come to a great finish or edge especially round brushes which are the quality I look for in a brush. but not excessively. They contain less pigment than my regular natural fiber brushes, but both are to be expected from a synthetic brush. The only thing I found when using it was that it was possible to overload the brush with pigment which would then drip off leaving a large drip. Once I figured that out I was able to adjust the brush load to avoid this.Final thoughts: Overall I would say these brushes are excellent value for money and are the best fully synthetic brushes I've tried in years. .
