Review on 18-IN-1 USB C Hub Docking Station with Triple 4K Display, Dual HDMI DP, RJ45 LAN, SD/TF Reader, 5 USB 3.0, USB-C Audio/Mic, Compatible for MacBook Pro and Windows by Andrew Pickering

I have tried and returned two different docks/adapters, tried a rectangle that looks like it will stand, they all have the same problem: the second HDMI monitor flickers from time to time rendering it unusable. This one finally works, although it works it takes longer for the second monitor to appear when closing/opening my macbook, but I can't always accept this with consistent performance. EDIT: It has a problem starting / swapping the cable, the resolution of one of the monitors in HDMI is forced to a lower resolution, I can't even see the 2560 x 1440 option, have to play with cables / open and close the MacBook to both Bring monitors back to 2560x1440 resolution. Slightly better than the constant flickering, but still annoying.
