The quality of this product and the customer service from the company is exceptional. I emailed them to ask if the mount would work with my Emerson and Vizio 50" soundbar and within hours they gave me a detailed response and even pointed out considerations I had had never thought. The product included all accessories. You may need to install, and while the instructions lacked the written instructions, which I prefer, the pictures made it pretty clear what I needed to do. I thought I could conjure up a hammer and nails setup, but I don't think my jaws are studs because even a borrowed drill barely did the trick. a strong magnet to locate any nails and screws near where I wanted to mount the bracket and marked my best guess as to the center location of two adjacent studs. Soundbar under the TV with a separate mounting kit - it had to be installed before mounting the TV on the wall. I had a hanging TV before I opened up the soundbar mount box and found I had to remove it.
