The first install I installed worked great and took about 30 seconds. I was very excited. I started assembling the second of the pair and immediately, with very little effort, broke off a piece of metal that was meant to be included in the top of the window frame. This little piece isn't strong at all, it's not assembled/welded very well. So I had to use a screw (my own, not included) to get it into the wall the old fashioned way, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the purchase. However, it was easier than the alternatives, which is why I use them. But in reality they are not very well made.
