I first installed this cover on my 2001 HD dresser.
When I first put this cover on my 2001 HD dresser I would have given it 5 stars but noticed a slight crease in the cover where the back of the cover was flush and the front was raised 1 /4" 4" on one end. Sliding the front open when attaching the last screw wasn't a big deal. Once in place, there is a small gap between the cover and the case as other reviews have mentioned, but a bit of grinding The small L-brackets and enlarging the hole in the bracket reduced the overall distance between the cover and the base. Let's see how long the chrome lasts. Tip - Cut the plastic wrap and leave the top of the lid covered during installation to protect it from scratches.
