There's not much difference: using a CONE sprayer tip at 70psi the spray produced a solid 2 foot width. The 40psi produce a solid 1.5 foot width. It was comfortable to wear. 3 gallons goes quick, so weight isn't an issue. Compared to the old fashion hand pump, this is sprayer a workhorse. Gets the job done in 1/10th of the time. I felt like a pro. I sprayed both BIFEN and TENACITY separately. Then ran 3 gallons of water through it to clean it. Work perfectly. I sprayed 1/2+ acre and the battery was still at full. I now regret not getting this years ago, all that wasted time, hand pumping and the hand pump leaks, getting my hands full of chemicals. This unit runs clean, no leaks.CONS: the sprayer tips that come with it are virtually useless. Buy yourself a nice cone sprayer tip. It arrived with a bad battery. I contacted tech support and had a new battery delivered within 4 days.
