Absolutely lint free! Not once did a bullet shatter and no splinters remained. I use these cotton pads for toners, but they're also great for oily serums. I have very oily skin so some serums can look too oily on my skin. I simply apply the serum, leave it on for 5 minutes to soak in, then use a cotton swab to remove excess oil from the surface of my face. That works great! I still get the benefits of the serum other than the shiny look. Love that these bags have a drawstring closure, it's a lot easier than struggling with a cheap zipper. Awesome cotton circles, will definitely be getting more for my skincare!
