My cat loves it! She scratched it when unpacking it. Hanging toys are the right size and shape to grab their attention. My cat is 5 1/2 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. It fits comfortably on the top tier, attached is a screenshot from the video with it as an example of size. The tree is the perfect size for my tiny bedroom. And it's big enough to sit and look out the window without taking up too much space. The self-assembly took about 45 minutes. I've seen worse instructions, these are fine, just look carefully at all the parts and the photo of the tree before you start building so you don't make mistakes.
