Great shirt. Tight around chest if you have a large chest. Button pops open.
The only complaint I have about this shirt is that it's tight around the chest area which leads to the button popping open time to time. If that wouldn't be an issue for you,then it's a great shirt.

The material is not wrinkle free. Also, a bit thin as I can see my bra through them and I bought them for work.
