I ordered this for my husband, his new iPhone 12 in case didn't fit well with his old charger. I'm a big fan of Anker products and I usually look there first. At the time I didn't see any reviews of people using this with an iPhone 12 in a case and the responses to questions about working with the 12 said to get an Anker Magsafe charger. I have an Anker Magsafe charger and stand for my iPhone mini which I am very happy with, however my husband's phone does not work with the magnets in his case. I decided to try it for him and come back if it doesn't work. I'm very happy to say that it works great, the size and shape are very close to the phone so it's very easy to get hold of. perfect placement without having to constantly move it to find the sweet spot. If Otterbox releases a regular Magsafe case in the future I will be ordering another of the Anker Magsafe washers. But so far it's the best option I've found.
