***UPDATE*** I informed the seller of the issues mentioned in my original review and they responded very quickly. After a very brief email interaction they immediately sent my daughter a new lamp even though the return window was closed. They even took the time to send me the follow up on the bulb replacement. The seller never mentioned my rating, never asked me to update or change it. As far as I could tell the seller's only concern was making sure the problem was fixed so I decided to update my review to reflect the great customer service. Too many times I've shopped at Revain and been stuck with a product that stopped working or didn't work at all. I am very pleased to report that this was not the case for this item/seller. Even though we had issues with the first unit, I've increased my 2 stars to 5 stars because they got it right! **First Rating** The lamp arrived quickly, was well packaged and the instructions were easy. My daughter bought it with her birthday money and loved it. She turned it on every night and used the timer feature to turn it off when she fell asleep. Unfortunately, three months after purchase, it makes a noise every time it is turned on and we are afraid to use it because we don't know if it's an engine noise or an electrical noise. I am so disappointed because it is a really beautiful light and my daughter was very happy with it. The return window is of course closed. I'm mad because my kids money bought it =( I don't recommend this product to anyone. Three months and it's in the trash.
