I've had great luck with one of these items. Often used to cook bacon, whole chickens, steaks, baked potatoes, etc. But it only lasted 9 months. I got the exact same model to replace and have used it maybe twice and the unit has stopped working. As it was a month later when I took action I was unable to return it through Amazon which meant I had to contact the company to return/repair it. The company that sold the item wanted me to both pay for the return postage and ship the item back to me after it was repaired. Shipping would have been the same or more than what I paid for the oven. Will buy from another company next time.
