It was ok for a while but it got a little crowded and eventually it became too much. I still think it's amazing - really amazing! But I can't justify putting it on and fiddling with it every time as it regularly slips off or feels too tight. I think it's ok for a young teen but just because I get to choose doesn't mean I don't want cute bear ears lol. I think if I ever get another headband I'll get something adjustable instead. For reference, from the back of my head to my hairline, the diameter of my head is about 22.5 inches. I think as you get closer to 20 inches you'll feel a lot more comfortable. I think if you go over 23 inches you're going to be in trouble.
