Generally good but some are broken
I have ordered them several times and overall they are great. In the last batch I received a few weeks ago 4 pipettes were broken in the bottles leaving tiny pieces of glass inside which will not all come out. I went through the entire product listing looking for a way to contact the company but couldn't find any contact information anywhere. Unfortunately I cannot use the 4 bottles I have. In the photo there are 3 drippers. I took it before realizing the fourth was broken
