Excellent customer service! I messed up my order, and they went above and beyond to help me. Received it faster than I thought I would. Construction seems good. It is very warm and soft, not scratchy inside. I would definitely not wear this outside in the summer, just because it is so warm. But it will work out well I think as a Halloween costume, or to wear when it is cold.
