These discs are defective. I have a new Windows 10 PC and when I tried to burn data to discs I kept getting an error saying I need to insert a writable disc. One disc out of ten was recognized by the computer. I tried inserting another CD-R from a different manufacturer and there was no problem. Verbatim discs are cheaper because they are cheaply made and don't work properly. Don't waste your time with these discs.
