This is MUCH better than I thought it would be. let me clarify something I know this brand is not elite. I know this is usually the cheapest brand in whatever category you are looking at. But this mic sounds good. I don't think it sounds good for the price. I mean it sounds good. We normally use the Countryman e6 for church services but it broke a few weeks ago. I bought this as a last minute/last resort for next Sunday. When I connected it to a wireless device, it sounded as clear as the Countryman. With very minor changes to the EQ, it was absolutely no different from normal audio levels. If you're a screamer you might have distortion issues, but if you're speaking normally or a little louder than usual this mic was really great. If you need a backup OR just can't shell out crazy money for a typical branded headset, maybe give this a try. You will be surprised at the quality. By the way, we use Shure ULX wireless devices.
