I usually wear a size 7.5 but based on the reviews I bought half a size up and could definitely go with a size 7.5. Luckily they have a strap and I was able to wear them even though they are a bit big. There was some room in the back as you can see in the picture where my heel is, but the strap kept them from falling off or I couldn't walk. I absolutely love these shoes though.
