Works great when it works but is prone to failure
Bought to replace an Electroline FT-08300 that lasted 8 years. Worked great, strong clear signal both ways for cable modem and TV. However, after 9 months of use, it degrades the downstream signal by 3-5 dBm, and the upstream cable modem can only block one channel, if at all, and at maximum power (57 dBm). I tried replacing the PSU but the performance is the same. I went back to my old FT-08300 until I found a replacement that will hopefully last longer than this one.
