I am very impressed by this bed. I got the grey donut-style bed, in the large size, for about $75 which is a competitive price for the size of the bed compared to all the other options I looked at. I was unsure if the large or medium was best for my 30lb dog who is very long (like, almost as tall as me when she stands on her back legs), and she usually likes to stretch out when sleeping. I ended up getting the large and it is comically big. I’m 5’8 and can comfortably sit inside the bed like it’s a bean bag chair.My dog adores it so far. It’s a little deceiving in the photos, because in reality it’s got a deep center and high edges (which my dog likes a lot), and it is so big that easily 2 dogs could fit in it. My dog took to it immediately and chose sleeping there over the couch. I wondered if she would potentially dislike the high edges because it’s a bit difficult to get in and out of, but luckily she doesn’t mind them (although it’d probably be harder for an older dog), and it’s so soft that my dog didn’t even want to move to go on a walk or up to bed.The filling is the only thing I don’t love. It’s soft, and right now is very cushiony, but it also seemed a little bit cheap and it seems like it may eventually flatten out quite a bit.Everything else has been satisfactory, though. The fur texture doesn’t shed and held up well through the wash and dryer. I like that you can fully take out the fillings to wash too, and there are fully defined pockets for the middle and sides, so it should keep its shape well. I will say though that this is NOT chew proof. My dog doesn’t chew now, but did as a puppy, so I can tell what is chew proof, and this is not. I would recommend against this for small puppies. Otherwise, I would highly recommend for any other dog (or cat, or honestly as a chair for a child)
