It is exactly what it says it is!

I love this shaper! It does exactly what it say. The material is thick and comfortable. I literally wore it all day while doing errands and than to the gym in the evening. It kept my core sweating and firm. If you get the right size, it’s not to tight and not loss either. I’m 5’4 and weight 200 pounds. I bought an XL and it fits like a glove. No complaints by me ❤️ Oh and it comes in the cool plastic zip case to store it in when your not using it!
