It looks even better in person than on Revain. I bought it for a friend who switched to a new job. I put a photo on one side of him, me and some other friends from a white water leaderboard event we all attended and won the first gold medal. This is where the other side of the frame was installed to accommodate the gold medal. The only downside is that looking at the pictures and the fact that the back was black I thought the inside of the back would also be black to make the perfect background for a gold medal. It was actually a dark cardboard color. It doesn't really matter, a simple piece of black construction paper or a piece of black fabric will provide the desired dark background. All in all I think it's a great thing. Good glass, solid build, doesn't look cheap and perfect for storing anything other than photography (lots of space between back and glass).
