Review on Caltric Carburetor for Honda TRX300 Fourtrax 300 (1988-2000) - Compatible Replacement by Kyle Tran

Got this carb. Late May, installed mid-June. It worked without any problems until my moose hunt at the end of August. I was coming back from a hunt, all I had to do was climb 3 1/2 miles steeply to get onto a gravel road and my Honda 300 stalled and wouldn't start. I ended up driving 3 1/2 miles to my truck, pulled it down and then pushed it back into my Wheeler trailer. Since then I've been trying to start my ATV to no avail. Today (September 16th, a month later) I removed it and replaced it with a competing carburetor and it starts right away. When I took it off it was so full of fuel that even the breather hose was filled with fuel. Hopefully the competitor's carbs will hold up better.
