Not very comfortable pillow under the head, located high (my height is 164 cm). In the summer it is hot to sit in it. Some pros: I have been using the chair for several months. In general, everything suits, this is my first such chair, there is nothing to compare with. Soft, comfortable to sit on. The wheels do not scratch the laminate. Different cons: When you put the back in the most vertical position and lean on it, it leans back slightly. It was difficult to properly attach the back to the seat. Not much strumming when rolling on the floor.
