The support team is always ready to help us with any issue we have, they are very friendly and professional in their approach. They also provide great customer care that makes our life easier by solving all of our needs related to this platform. I don't really dislike anything about gravitec.net. It has been an excellent experience working with them so far. We use it for sending notifications from time to time (we send emails using Mailchimp). This way we can keep track of new subscribers without having to check each email individually.
