The case itself is of good quality. The outer shell feels sturdy and durable, and the zippers work smoothly. Game slots and a mesh pocket serve their purpose. I wish the foam baffles holding the switch, dock and other things were a little higher for more support, but they seem to hold everything in place so can't complain about that. The case's only glaring flaw is the ridiculously flimsy carrying handle. The strap itself feels solid enough and the rubberized grip feels good in your hand. But it appears that the handle is attached to the body with just a tiny stitch. My carrying handle has hardly been used as I mostly just put the bag in my backpack. But one of the few times I've used it, the stitching broke. Luckily I was in the process of assembling the case and if I had been carrying it it might have fallen. Edit: I increased my rating from 3 stars to 4 for good customer service. My review of the case still stands, but I was offered a refund or a free case replacement and I think this should be reflected in the review.
