A disaster in home improvement: Downluxe

As a DIY pro, I am aware that quality is important when it comes to house improvement. I was therefore excited to give Downluxe a try for my bedding and culinary linen requirements. What an error that was, however! The products were flimsy, cheap, and truly disappointing—like attempting to hammer a nail with a wet noodle. I could see right through the sheets in the bedroom, and the kitchen towels were no better. After just one cleaning, they started to fall apart and had the texture of tissue paper. Customer support was useless, to top it all off, like a hammer without a handle. It took a long time for someone to respond when I had a problem with my purchase. When I did, the staff member was unhelpful and seemed to know about home renovation as much as a fish knows about a bicycle. Downluxe is, in essence, a disaster for anyone seeking to upgrade their house. Go somewhere else for your kitchen and home requirements instead of wasting your time, money, or energy here.

Pros
  • Low, competitive costs make shopping a breeze on a tight budget.
Cons
  • People with particularly delicate skin may not be able to use the products safely.
