Excellent Customer Service & Knowledgeable

Their customer service is outstanding! They are always there to provide updates for projects or changes in our business rules and regulations. When working with any organization that provides services this quality level should be expected from all parties involved, but most importantly by clients as well. This type of commitment sets us apart from other organizations. None really this team takes it upon themselves to do everything that needs doing rather than expecting their client to fill them in on what they need done next. We use Jira for tickets which helps keep track of issues/projects/tickets. It's easy enough for end user's to navigate without overloading the developers and providing additional work load. I like that they are very knowledgeable about all things technology. They always go above and beyond to help me with my needs. I can't think of anything I dislike. If there is something I would change it would be to make sure they do more training for their clients. Make sure you have someone in mind who will be available 24/7 if needed. We use Richey May for our IT support. They have been very helpful in keeping us up and running when other companies were not able to do so.
