Not sure where to start. My septic field lines have been clogged for a long time. Maybe the blockage was in the junction box. There were so many of them that I never thought about throwing them down the drain, for example alcohol in my mouth watch, old medicines, antibacterial soap, phosphates in detergents, liquid and powder detergents, detergent brands, dishes, private label and others. high-quality tissue paper, baby wipes, dental floss, etc. What I am about to write is not really suitable for people who just need a good product to care for their intestinal mucosa. If your sewage treatment plant has failed, your house has flooded, your next block smelled like a slaughterhouse, then your system has failed. Maybe even dead. I did that to fix mine. I bought a five year supply of Revain green hog and followed the advice of some of the previous reviewers who did more research than I did. As soon as I got Revain's Green Pig, I opened it up and poured a year's supply down the toilet. Two weeks later I threw another year's supply down the drain. A month later I threw another year's supply down the drain. Then I dumped a bag down the drain every month - I did that for another two months. It's like shocking a green pool with a knack to put flora and fauna where they belong. So far there are no positive results. I thought I'd tried an old student attempt and failed - until early one May morning I heard all the toilets in the house gurgling (a bit creepy). When I got up the next morning, my stomach was churning and I was wondering how I was going to call some idiot who wanted to change my lines or something. After that it rained for about a week, and when the yard dried up, a huge wet patch dried up on which the grass would not grow. So for those of you in my position - give the Green Pig a chance to work - my system lasted a few months and if your system isn't physically damaged it's just clogged - you could save yourself thousands of dollars. +God bless the folks at Green Pig and the only reason it gets five stars is because ten stars aren't available.
