The Royal Kludge RK68 looks and feels solid. The RGB is bright but not the brightest, the keyboard feel and font are good. RK's blue switch option isn't too loud compared to Outemu's blue switches. However, in the long term, no one seems sure about RK switches. I'm betting on Outem's longevity. Pros: 1. Nice font and less capital letters than other models, but with the same functionality (Win/Mac, macros, etc.).2. Detachable USB-C cable.3. macOS is keypress compatible (no need to change system settings).4. Durable construction you can touch. Cons: 1. Overpriced for wired model only.2. Plastic USB cable (should be braided nylon for the price).3. The software at the time of writing this article is just a screen saver (although everything can be done on the keyboard itself).4. RGB can be brighter at maximum setting.5. The switches are not hot-swappable.6. The booklet supplied states that the switches are optical. I'm not sure I would have bought it had I known this or if it's wrong. Confusing! Overall I would recommend the white Royal Kludge RK68. I've only had this keyboard for about 4 weeks and so far I'm very happy with it.
