Size 14.5 x 19 is ideal for large items such as sweatshirts or folded in half for t-shirts. There is a small gap on each side of the self-adhesive tape that I tape over to keep the loose ends out of the mailings. It is even possible to cut them in half and seal the end with baking paper (doesn't stick) using an iron on low heat (no steam), making 2 smaller envelopes (just close with 1 tape). So easy to ship that I've double-bagged some items for extra protection if they're fragile (like sweaters), oddly shaped (like stuffed animals) or travel long distances, and they ship for the same price. I like the distinctive turquoise color.
