I bought two lamps to replace the existing lamps in my house. Both were very easy to install and worked well with dimmer switches. About six weeks after installation, one of the two lights failed and would sometimes not come on when the switch was pressed. I wrote to the support team and they responded very quickly and asked for a short video about the problem. As soon as I did that they sent me a new unit, again very quickly and I haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend her for her quick and positive response to my issue.
