This is a really great product with features that other similar products don't have (eg panning) and it's very reliable. Exactly what you would expect from something Alyn Wallace helped design. Also, I've seen reviews where users complain that the adjustment knobs press against what the platform is attached to and prevent tightening. It is not true. This is when the user is unaware that the adjustment knobs are spring loaded and move slightly to avoid this. Although, in their defense, it's not mentioned in the accompanying instructions (perhaps because it's a common feature of such shenanigans). Excellent. Product. We recommend!
