Unusable due to lack of contrast
This spirit level is clearly marked and perfectly centred. Unfortunately, there is no contrast between the bubble and the surrounding liquid, so it's very difficult to tell when the bubble is in the center. See photo comparing this spirit level (below) to a more visible spirit level (above).
